WHAT YOU GET

Turn scattered transactions into a working finance record

Good bookkeeping starts with the information coming in. We agree how documents arrive, who answers queries and when the books close. Your team can then follow the balance from the source record to the report.

Day to day records

An agreed process for invoices, expenses, receipts and supporting documents.

Reconciled balances

Bank, customer, vendor and intercompany accounts reviewed with exceptions visible.

Monthly reporting

A consistent reporting pack connected to the underlying ledger and close checklist.

THE WORK, MADE VISIBLE

HOW WE WORK

What you receive each month

The engagement starts with your records and priorities. Each stage has a defined next step.

01

Understand your setup

Review the accounting system, entity structure, reporting needs and condition of the existing books.

02

Agree the document flow

Set submission dates, folder access, approval responsibilities and a channel for accounting queries.

03

Process and reconcile

Record the agreed transactions, review balances and keep missing documents and unresolved differences visible.

04

Close and hand over

Deliver the agreed reports and exception list. Retain a clear record for management and the appointed auditor.

BUILD THE RIGHT ENGAGEMENT

Accounting scope and fees

Work within your accounting system

We assess the workflow in your existing system, including tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero. Agree access permissions and the required configuration before work starts.

A system change is a separate project. Opening balances, migration, historical clean up and integrations should have their own scope and acceptance checks.

Reporting for overseas teams

An Indian subsidiary may need local books and a parent reporting pack. Agree the chart of accounts mapping, intercompany reconciliation, currency presentation and reporting adjustments required by the parent.

The reporting basis must fit the engagement. We do not assume that exporting a ledger automatically produces a complete IFRS or US GAAP reporting pack.

Clear scope and predictable handovers

The fee depends on the number of entities, transaction volumes, bank accounts, systems and quality of the incoming records. State the monthly deliverables and document deadlines in the proposal.

Tax filings, payroll, management forecasts and audit work are separate unless included. Our accounting support prepares the records and schedules; any required statutory audit or certification is handled by the company's appointed professional.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we start

Clear expectations make a better engagement.

Can you work with our existing finance team?

Yes. We agree who supplies documents, posts entries, reviews reconciliations and approves the close. A named owner for each step avoids duplicated work.

Can you clean up historical books?

We first assess the periods, missing records and reconciliation gaps. Historical reconstruction is scoped separately from ongoing monthly work.

Do you take control of our bank payments?

No. The company retains payment approval and bank authorisation. Access to accounting records should follow the permissions agreed for the engagement.

Does bookkeeping include an audit?

No. Bookkeeping prepares the accounting records. A statutory audit is a separate engagement with the appointed auditor. We can prepare agreed schedules and coordinate document requests.
