How the first conversation works.
How quickly will I get a response?
Every enquiry gets a reply within 4 business hours. Our team works in shifts from 9:30 AM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday, which overlaps the working day in the US, UK, Europe and the Gulf. If you write at 9:00 AM New York time on a Tuesday, you hear back by 1:00 PM New York time. If you write on a weekend, expect a reply by 1:30 PM IST on Monday.
Who will I actually be talking to?
CA Nandini Hasija or Nihal Srivastava, our founders. Every first conversation is led by a partner. If your question is niche, such as a specific state compliance point, we may bring in a specialist, but the main thread stays with a partner.
What happens on a discovery call?
Thirty minutes of focused conversation. We ask about your business, what you are trying to do, what has been tried before and where you are stuck. If there is a clear path forward with us, we describe the engagement and send a written proposal within 48 hours. If we are not the right fit, we say so and often suggest who might be.
Will my information stay confidential?
Yes. Even before a formal engagement, we work to professional confidentiality standards. Your business details, strategy and numbers are not shared with anyone outside Krystal7 Consultants. If you want an NDA before sharing sensitive information, we sign one in advance.
Can you work with founders based outside India?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside India: US SaaS founders, UAE based businesses, European manufacturers and parent companies across Asia Pacific. We schedule calls in your timezone and work to whatever rhythm suits your team.
What if I am not sure I need a full engagement yet?
That is common. A discovery call costs nothing, creates no obligation, and often tells you whether to engage us, a different firm, or handle the matter internally. We are comfortable being the second opinion call.
