If there is a clear path forward with Krystal7, we describe what engagement would look like and share a written proposal within 72 hours. If we are not the right fit, we say so and often suggest who might be. No pressure tactics, no hard-sell scripts.
Yes. Even before a formal engagement, we operate under professional confidentiality standards. Your business details, strategy, and numbers do not get shared with anyone outside Krystal7. If you want a formal NDA before sharing sensitive information, we sign one in advance. Most clients find that unnecessary given our ethical obligations as Chartered Accountants, but it is always available on request.
