Built With Conviction. Built For The Clients The Industry Overlooks.
Before founding Krystal7, Nihal Srivastava led a compliance practice of 85 professionals serving over 9,000 clients at a major Indian corporate services firm. He spent five years scaling that operation, building automation frameworks, designing compliance KPIs, and structuring teams that handled FEMA filings, post-funding compliance, and cross-border advisory at high volume. Nandini Hasija qualified as a Chartered Accountant and built her early practice in that same environment, focusing on statutory audit and income tax for a portfolio that ranged from early-stage startups to scaled cross-border operators.
From the inside, they watched the same pattern repeat: aggressive sales teams overpromising at acquisition, complex cross-border matters routed to junior staff who had never seen them before, transparency sacrificed to throughput, and a premium client paying ten times more than a small one receiving the exact same generic service. Founders who needed strategic advisory got templated checklists. Foreign subsidiaries with multi-jurisdiction reporting got a CA who had never read a US GAAP balance sheet. The model was built for volume, not for the work.
Service quality should not depend on how small your retainer is. Specialized work deserves specialized people.
Krystal7 was founded in 2025 on that conviction. We do not chase volume. We do not have a sales team calling you at dinner. We do not bill by the hour and we do not lock you into long contracts. We are selective about the engagements we accept so that we can hold ourselves to a standard of work that the industry, in our experience, has lost the discipline to deliver. Every client is a partner-led engagement. Every deadline is tracked before it comes due. Every cross-border matter is handled by someone who has actually done the work before.
The name we chose reflects this commitment.
For the clarity we bring to complex cross-border matters. No templated answers. No "we'll get back to you." Sharp thinking, written down, in your hands within hours.
For the seven standards of excellence we hold ourselves to on every engagement. Not slogans on a wall. Operational principles we measure ourselves against.
