Before co founding Krystal7 Consultants in 2025, Nihal Srivastava led a compliance practice of 85 professionals serving over 9,000 clients at a previous firm. He spent five years scaling that operation, building automation frameworks, designing compliance KPIs, and structuring teams that handled FEMA filings, post-funding compliance, and cross-border advisory at high volume. Nandini Hasija brings her Chartered Accountancy background to business development, client communication and the company’s growth.
From the inside, they watched the same pattern repeat: aggressive sales teams overpromising at acquisition, complex cross-border matters routed to junior staff who had never seen them before, transparency sacrificed to throughput, and a premium client paying ten times more than a small one receiving the exact same generic service.
