WHAT YOU GET
Many applications are filed in the wrong class or for a name that is already taken. They get objected, then abandoned. We search first and tell you the risk before you pay the government fee.

HOW WE WORK
On the regular route, registration can take up to 2 years. Expedited examination brings it to 9 months to 1 year.
We search the registry and map your goods and services to the right classes. You decide which to file.
We file TM-A with the mark, the description and the user date. You get the application number the same day.
If the examiner objects, we file a reply within the deadline and attend the hearing if one is listed.
The accepted mark is published in the Trade Marks Journal. Anyone can oppose it within four months.
If there is no opposition, or it fails, the mark is registered. It lasts 10 years from the filing date and can be renewed.

BUILD THE RIGHT ENGAGEMENT
A foreign company or individual can register in India directly, with an Indian address for service through an agent.
An international registration under the Madrid Protocol can designate India. We handle Indian objections on either route.
A word mark protects the name in any style. A logo mark protects the design as filed.
If the budget allows one filing, file the word mark. Add the logo when the design is final.
Our professional fee covers the search, the filing and a standard reply to an examination report. Hearings and opposition are quoted separately.
Government fees are paid at cost and shown separately on the invoice.
