We collect the details you give us when you contact us, download a guide or book a call, and use them to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.
We collect what you enter in our forms and in the Calendly booking form, plus usage data from cookies.

Krystal7 Innovations Private Limited, trading as Krystal7 Consultants, runs krystal7.com (CIN U70200HR2025PTC134226). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Krystal7 Consultants.
We decide why and how your personal data is used. We handle it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR or the UK GDPR.
When you become a client, we also receive documents and information for the engagement. We use them only for that work and to meet our legal duties.
Under the DPDP Act, we rely on the consent you give when you submit a form or book a call. We also rely on the legitimate uses the Act allows, such as meeting legal duties.
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, we rely on four legal bases. They are your consent, steps you ask us to take before an engagement, our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and our legal duties.
When you submit a form, we store your details in our database. We copy them to an internal Google Sheet so our team can follow up. We also email them to our team through our own email service.
We share personal data only with these parties:

Google and Calendly may process data outside India, including in the United States. We use these providers under their own terms and data protection commitments.
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to follow up and to keep a record of our contact with you. We keep client records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. When we no longer need the data, we delete it.
We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data, as the DPDP Act requires. Only team members who need your data can see it. If a breach affects your data, we tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights. You can ask us to restrict or stop some uses of your data. You can also ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.

If our reply does not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Calendly booking widget and one admin login cookie. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and explains how to control them.
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Our pages link to other websites, such as Calendly and government portals. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this section shows the latest version.
